Here are some of the published Comic-book covers I’ve drawn over the years, along with a few choice interior pages
Klarion the Witch-boy was part of the Seven Soldiers mini-series published from 2005 through to 2006 by DC Comics. The series was written by Grant Morrison and was divided into seven self-contained stories. I got the gig of drawing Klarion, a character who I have drawn a bajillionty times at conventions. I like him and his orange cat Teekl very much.
These were standard inked drawings with digital colour.
The books can be found here.

2000AD is a British comic that has run for like a million years. It is indestructable. I’ve worked for them since 2000 and have had the pleasure and luxury of experimenting with many art styles on it due to the gracious nature of it’s editor, the Mighty Tharg. Below are some examples of the things I done for him.

Some are old-school line drawings, some are fully digitally painted and some are a mix. I won’t say which tho. Click the image to see the pure version, click the text beneath to see the printed version (if I can source one).

I got a wikkidly massive awesome gig in 2005, drawing Iron Man for Marvel comics. I mean, MARVEL Comics. Childhood dream eh? Well maybe not for u, but I liked the idea. It was 6 issues and is collected in a nice tradepaperback edition. Joe Casey got me the gig, thus I link to him below.

Early 2006 and I get the gig to draw an “advertorial” for Audi in the back pages of the Telegraph Magazine in the UK. Nice gig. I employed 2 assistants, one Simon Spurrier to work out the story with and provide words, and Laura Norris who was my lackey. We managed to merge our artistic desires with the commercial needs of the client and then one day 2 million of these were on the streets. Cooool.

It was also animated for the web by another team, and reprinted as 67 Zillion little booklets that were to be found in cafes and bars around london until they were all taken by hungry collectors of my work.

The animation of this can be seen here, or here.
In 2004 I took on the gig of adapting this classic into comic strip format for a range of books aimed at kids. Being an ego maniac I said yes, and 144 page slater it was done. I broke the story down visually and then Gary Reed adapted the words to make it work.

You can buy this tome here and here.

My first american gig was this, a 4 part b/w mini series for Dark Horse comics. I drew the covers and they coloured them.
